I can not be more happy with the service and finished look! Back in Toronto, I do get my hair done by my friend once a month but I'm always hesitating going to salon and done it professionally because some make it way to tight on scalp. Toyosi was so gentle, caring and friendly and I could trust her from the start. We had such a good conversation. I came from Toronto for a weekend so wanted to have my hair nice and beautiful for the music festival Ile Soniq. My hair is soft and thin so texture is not that easy but Toyosi had no problem with that. It looks so clean and pretty. I'm excited to keep her work for as long as I can. Next time I'm in Montreal, I know where to go! Thank you for having me! You made me feel so special.

If you are in need of beautiful braids, I highly recommend Nattes. It’s my 5th time getting braids and service is always amazing and beyond expectations. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Natacha the owner who provided such a wonderful experience. Very quick as well so you can go on with the rest of your day. I have also tried a few of the ladies such as Liesse and Jolla who are also excellent. They make sure you are happy with your braids. Beautiful salon as well and great location.

Had a good experience getting my braids done here by Toyosi. She was friendly and accommodating. The salon was clean with a nice, relaxing ambiance and music playing throughout my appointment. Not too loud and not a lot of chatter. I believe there was WiFi available but I didn’t ask nor was offered. The location was easy to find, and I appreciated being offered water while I was there. My braids took about 5 hours, which was reasonable for the style. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend!
